Bringing on the New Year!!

I cannot believe its a new year already, and I can honestly say it was a beautiful year!..I met so many great friends and only focused on those who matter to us, and it really made for an awesome year!..We will be celebrating just the three of us again, which I'm exited for, we have plans to for little smokies, crescent rolls and our last little bit of binging on junk food before we make a resolution to have a year of clean eating and getting our sexxaay on!

But I cant forget to mention all the fun leading up to the new year!
A couple of days after Christmas (on my hubby's b-day) We headed down to Utah to celebrate and eventually gather with family to celebrate Wil's grandparents 50th wedding anniversary! absolutely amazing!..They are such great people and we all celebrated over a delicious lunch at T.G.I.F I was a first timer, and i can honestly say i was impressed! We were then going to go back with Wil's grandparents to their home  in Nephi, but then made the decision to go back home and spend the next couple days as a little family before Wil needed to go back to work.

Wil's Twinner
My little boopie..and well hello Daniel back there ;)....

Me and my handsome hunnee

Me and my sis in law, and the back of Lando's head at TGIF

Shortly after leaving the lunch i told Wil I really wanted to go to City Creek Mall, I have heard so much about it, plus i really wanted to go to MAC because it's not an easy store to go to and find in this area! upon arriving  at Mac I pretty much knew what I wanted but in the back of my head i wanted one of the artist to put red lipstick on me! I was about to disregard that but then a tall lady came up to me with bright red hair and bright red lipstick that looked fabulous, I decided to go for it, because I had the feeling she knew what she was talking about ;) So here it is..
Do I pull it off? lol

I absolutely love it! so I had to buy the color! maybe a new look for 2013?

So after leaving Nordstroms l really wanted to visit some of my family on the way back home, so I called my mom and asked if she knew if they were available. Turns out they were on their way to Salt lake and we just so happened to be leaving!..So i called my cousin who I saw only once this year, and turns out we were by the same exit!!..It was meant to be!..So we pulled off and took the EXIT to Centerville were they just so happened to have a delicious In N Out Burger for us to meet at!..I was ecstatic!.. i Love seeing members of my family!..It was a little Reunion!..but it was so fun to be able to visit for the short amount of time that we did, and thankfully my little stinker child was in a splendid mood!

She just so happens to ROCK awesome red lips too! and we look HOT!

LOVE these ladies!!

So our little Utah trip was so much fun! I'm glad it happened! I'm glad the world didn't end and I can look forward to another amazing year with all the wonderful people in my life! and continue to love upon my little boy who is turning 2 in less then a month!..well now i guess its time to have another one then!..jk that definitely wont be happening in 2013! LOL We got our gym memberships for Christmas and I plan on making a resolution of getting in shape, along with Wil and some other goals as well... and I assume Landon's would be to stop crapping his pants and get potty trained ;) jk Landon  plans to make more friends and melt the hearts of those he comes in contact with! :D

Good Bye 2012.....

It's Christmas Time!!!

So I have just come to the realization that it has been FOREVER since i have written in my blog! and i figured now would be the perfect time to do it! The end of the year is my favorite time of the year!..it's so festive and family oriented, i couldn't love it anymore! I had mentioned a lil bit on FB about how this is going to be our first Christmas as a  just our little family this year!! I'm way exited!!..We have so many fun plans together!..although it is going to be weird not being around tons of family on Christmas, but that's okay! I'm thankful for the many years that i got to spend surrounded with a bunch of family! and now its time to start making new traditions!

We started off the winter festivities by taking cute pictures in Salmon, I used this one for our Christmas card this year along with others from fall!..I wanted to make sure our cards looked extra festive this year!..it was even snowing when the picture was taken!!

Speaking of our Christmas card!..here it is!..I absolutely LOVE how it turned out!! I think I will use Etsy more often!!..which by the way is a new found obsession!..even had to download the app because I'm contantly browsing it;)

Bridge look familiar? Because its the same one used in our fall pics!..So fun!

One thing that has been very unique to me this time of year is making crafts!..i think i found another new obsession!!..I LOVE doing crafts!..which is a complete surprise to me because that was something i sucked at growing up!..But this year i gave them a shot and everything clicked for me! I have so many more ideas for this next year and more holidays to come!

See not to bad for a rookie! ;)

So although we will not be spending Christmas Eve and Christmas with the rest of the family we did get to see them! almost in the same weekend too!

This was Christmas at my parents house in Salmon! We had so much fun!..We were able to get all my siblings under one roof!

Then less then a day later we made it back to IF and woke up to Wills parents coming to visit us!..Landon got lots of nice presents from them too!!

But they were only able to visit for a short time, but they left my brother in law Daniel with us!

Sure love this guy! he is an amazing person from the inside out!

He even helped me make some Christmas treats!!

We  had so much fun in the short amount of time he got to spend with us!..I'm so grateful for the family I have and the family i married in to!..I'm constantly surrounded by amazing people, even though we don't get to see them all the time, we always make the best of it when we are together!. and i couldn't be happier!..I cant wait for Wil to get off so we can enjoy the Holiday's as a little family! We have plans to open our gifts from "Santa's Elf" tonight, drink Peppermint Hot chocolate and watch non stop Christmas movies! I'm sure the same goes for tomorrow as far as the hot chocolate and movies, we plan to have a little feast and of course see what Santa has for us tomorrow morning!.. And then shortly after Christmas we will be celebrating Wil's birthday and visiting more family in Utah and possibly going to go see the lights at Temple square, if they are still up, because this year we were not able to go see them before Christmas but that's okay as long as we get to do it spending time as a family..because that's what its all about.....

Halloweeeen: Trick or Treat!

So even though Halloween is over i have to wrtie my blog today because you are out so much past your bed time trick or treating that when you get back and stay up because you are on a sugar craze it is too late to write it the same day!..Halloween this year was by far my favorite. It was the first year Wil and I have ever trick or treated and it was Landons first year trick or treating as well. He was 9 months last year and we went to Utah to enjoy the halloween festivities and for some reason we didnt even get to go out :( I actually think it was because he fell asleep right before we were suppose to! So that is why this year was by far the best!

We basically had three days of non stop candy! all the way from the 29th-31st it was Halloween everday!

Oct 29th- TRICK OR TREAT STREET!!: We were not sure if we were going to go to Trick or Treat Street on the 29th because we didnt want to do exactly what we did and get boat loads of candy, but it turned out to be such a fun event, and they gave you a fair amount of candy so it wasnt bad at all!. My neigbor was kind enough to invite and take Landon and I to the event! Although when we got there the line was out the wazoo!.. it didgo by pretty fast though. I was way worried about the line because Landon doesnt do lines but his friend Kenna entertained him!

Very entertained..See I even think they are playing footsie

Zonked out as soon as we got up to the businesses.

And believe it or not he slept through the whole thing!!

Oct. 30th- BOO at the ZOO!!- So not as great as I thought maybe it was something great, but when we went it was super crowded and we got maybe 3 pieces of candy. It was a great experience and the money we paid upon entering was for a fund raiser so it was the thought that counts!..and I totally would have posted pictures but it just so happened that Wil, Ashly, and I all forgot our phones! =(((..but we did get one right before we went!

They look so cute!

Oct 31st- HALLOWEEN DAY!!- So we started out the day with some chinese and shopping!..It was pretty fun at the mall! and then we went and got some caramel apples and in no time it was time to go trick or treating! bwahaha!!..We went to a nice little neighborhood and were able to collect quite a bit of candy!..Landon took his nap right before we went out so I was worried that we were going to have a last year repeat!..but he woke up just in time! It was so cute he held his daddy's hand and walked right up to the front door!..and before long it was getting later in the night and it was time to go home!..We got two trick or treaters the whole night!..so we have boat loads of candy!!..and thats probably not a good thing!

Excuse my horrid face I was still half asleep from staying up till 2 am chat'n it up with my sis in law

Playing at the fun playland at the mall

And just to put the cherry on top for Halloween this year, Landon's Grandma and uncle Kolton and Aunt Kately sent a package!!..OoooH I love getting packages we got lots of candy, a card and of course some mula!

They were so nice to think of us! ;)

So yup! definately my favorite halloween EVER! I was so happy to spend it with my family, and still be in the town we reside in. Every year Wil and I would either go to my parents house or his, so it was a very nice change for our little family!..I cant believe October is over..I'm so exited for this time of year!..I'm already working on my Christmas crafts!

~Crock Pot Mama~

My new Crock Pot!

So recently I have been obsessed with cooking out of the crock pot, I don't know why? It could  possibly have something do with the fact that there are so many delicious crock pot recipes on Pinterest?!..hmm yup that would make sense. So this fall and even bits and pieces of this summer I have made numerous meals that it has become an obsession! An obsession so deep that I feel the need to make every single part of our family's meals out of a crock pot! But how can i do that with one crock pot? Well that would be an easy answer! GO BUY MORE CROCK POTS KIMBERLY!!....Yes I shall!..So I gave in to that little person on my shoulder and convinced by awesome hubbs to buy me one! And so he did!!!..Problem Solved!

So to give you some background info, (because I wasnt always a fan)... Wil and I got our very first crock pot the first year we were married from my parents for Christmas. I used it once, maybe twice and i actually think Wil was the one who used it to make Pork Roast and Sauerkraut. I at the point had no desire to cook, so i really didn't take interest in CPC (Crock Pot Cooking), because for some odd reason I thought it was complicated..What the heck was wrong with me?!?! crock pot cooking is so freaking easy! and thats why I love it today.

With my precious little Lando its hard to spend hours in the kitchen making a gourmet meal, but thanks to Pinterest it has changed my life! and with a bibity bobity boom, dinner is served! I found that I can make mostly anything in Crock Pot! It's freakishly AMAZING..And I have now taken it to the next level and made pre-made crock pot meals that I gathered and made into a Zip lock bag and froze, so on my lazy days I just dump it into my crock pot and we have dinner for the night!..AMAZING!..I even started using slow cooker liners, which has taken it to an even HIGHER level!! Because the only thing I would say I EVER disliked about CPC was the cleanup!..omg it was horrible, I would usually have to let it sit over night in soapy water, scrub and put my back into it just to get it clean!.. It was so much maintenance!..And now I' am so thankful for those darn liners! and thankful that I have a second crock pot!..because now I never have to clean MUAHAHA!!..jk jk

Yup! I was like a little girl on Christmas!

Nothing like taking cooking to the next level!..I know I'm a freak!..but hey atleast I' am feeding my family!..and that's what it is all about!....

CRaYoLa ReHab

So we all know Landon loves to color, it his favorite thing to do and it's the only thing that he will sit there and do for any extended period of time. We also encourage Landon to color, because we like him to express his creativity. But It has become a HUGE problem! as if him coloring every inch of our house wasn't a problem but today he hit top notch, I even think above and beyond that too! So we went over to our sweet neighbors house to work on crafts, and he manged to find their only pen upstairs and got ink all over something important, and then he manged to find the markers that were hid and DREW all over their walls!.I was SOO embarrassed. And as bad as that was, it wasn't the worst part of his little addiction today!

So we went to the craft store to pick up some things and within a blink of an eye he manged to escape from me, and he went strait to were they had their permanent markers, and he drew all over their floor!!!.. bright red, big circles, all over the place! OH MY FRIGGIN GOODNESS!..HE DID NOT!..I seriously wanted to hide under a rock, or make a run for it!..but of course I did the right thing and got one of the employees, I apologized profusely  and she said it was no big deal, it would clean right up!.Well that was SOOO wrong, they practically had to burn the floor just to get the ink out, no, wait worse!..they basically had to strip the wax off the floor because it was embedded in the wax!..I was mortified and I wanted to cry! I couldn't believe that happened, and of course growing up I was always told "You break it, you buy it." So I had butterflies in my stomach worrying the whole time the manager was going to come up to me and tell me I needed to pay for a new strip and wax job in their craft store!! gahh!!..not what I wanted to spend Christmas money on, that would of been horrible if I had to explain to Wil that for Christmas we were paying a craft store to get their floors redone! Thanks to Yours truly, Lando!..Well needless to say, that didn't happen..I just felt bad when I walked by and saw a little old lady on her hands and knees trying to remove my sons artwork with a can of WD-40!...So from that point on I knew that was IT!..This boy is going to Crayola Rehab!..We have taken all his markers, crayons, and colored pencils away!.. and he is only to use them under EXTREME supervision, if he fails to adhere we have agreed to start putting him in time out for 2 minutes!..Ya I know.. It's practically a slap on the wrist, but he's not even 2 yet! I was not expecting to deal with my 21 month old child doing this stuff!..I thought I had at least 3 more months before I was going to start ripping my hair out! LOL!..oh good times........

Fall in LoVe

Fall in LOVE.......

Fall is in the air already! the leaves are changing and it is such a beautiful atmosphere, I just love it. However it is very unfortunate with all the fires in the area it is depositing the retched smoke in the air, I took my little man on a walk not realising how bad it was, and I totally should of put masks on the both of us, but if it came to that I would rather stay at home, because it was making it very unpleasant to enjoy the fall crisp air :( despite all that, the feeling of fall has got me SUPER exited for this time of year. I have always been a summer person, and not that my summer wasn't amazing, I have just added another fav season to my list that I absolutely love.

I cant believe this year is almost over and I can honestly say it has been fantastic!  Wil and I  have got along great, we live in a beautiful little town home, and Landon is growing up so fast!!! I will have a two year old in four months!..is that really possible? He knows how to do sign language and it is the most adorable thing! it melts my hearts every time and I throw a hoot and a holler and he loves it!

So with all the beautiful leaves changing we were able to take alot of fun family photos, they turned out amazing! Most of all I posted them to facebook. So we went to Salmon for a visit, and my parents have an awesome camera, that we took the pictures with. It was soooo much fun, although our only day to take pics was on Sunday, we had to wait to get out of church to take them!... so by the time we were already to go, Landon was in serious need of a nap, and he was a bowl full of cranky pants, but despite his screaming and running off and throwing his head back almost giving me a black eye and a busted lip, we were able to whip out some dang nice pictures! with no extra facial modification ;) woot woot!

So now that we are back home, we finally put out our first fall decoration, a little reef on our door! I think it adds that little fall pizazz to our little home, we also have our scentsy  filled with Sticky Cinnamon bun, now I' m debating what color of nail polish I should paint my nails, and I'm highly addiced to Orange Cinnamon rolls at the moment! gahhh not good for my health!..But I am also on the lookout to find Caramel Apple Milkways! I had a bite size piece in the Primary in Salmon when they passed them out and now I cant find them anywhere here in  Idaho Falls!..Maybe that's a sign of the universe telling me I need to kick sugar! but anyways  just to be festive and on top of everything else  I have been doing nothing but cooking out of our rock pot so not only is fall in the air...Its also in our house ;)

Dream of California L.O.V.E

So alas it has been over a decade(14 years to be exact)  and now I have finally made my way back to California! And this time I got to share it with my hubby and little boy, nothing better!..I was 8 years old when I went and it was just my parents and my two brothers. My parents had always planned on taking us back but once we got into highschool and started being active in sports, we got taken to other places. But not only have my parents wanted to take us back there, Wil and I have been planning to go ever since we have been married, so this was a pretty exiting thing for us to go do! The only the sad thing is that we had our trip planned for literally MONTHS and now our trip is in the past only to be relived as a memory *sighs* but the awesome thing about it was we had a blast!

We were only there for 4 days but every day counted. Day 1 was mostly a recoop day and a go to the mall and pick up anything we forgot kind of day! But we went to the mall in Carlsbad which by the way is a freaking huge mall! or maybe im just comparing it to the one here in I.F and it was big compared to that! but I was able to hit up a MAC counter, and attempted to exchange a pair of sandals for the Lando man that I had ordered prior to the trip and of course they were way to small! its like his feet grew a couple sizes over night! but thats all good because they ended up being girl shoes! (thats a whole diffrent story though.) But other than that me and my sis inlaw went to a Toys R Us and ended up picking up our sons LEASHES! the dreaded word, but the most life saving product!..So in the planning of our trip I contemplated buying a leash for Landon but I  decided not too because I thought it was inhumane and that my child was not a dog, and the fact that as hyper and out of control my brother was and that my parents lost him at the Idaho State fair and he dived into over 5 lakes all in is adolencense, they never even got him a leash!..but when it was explained to me, " Would u rather have your child on a leash or never see him again?" YUP a leash please! my son is way to precious to me to loose him over a decison I refused to make..plus, it wasnt like a leash that I put around his neck attachted to a collar, they were cute back pack leashes, and I found it to be rather adorable! and very handy!..we were able to put the boys' snacks and sippys, so it was a very wise decison!

We also wrapped up the night by going swimming in my sister and brother in laws pool that was by their condo, so refreshing to take a late night swim in the warm tropical air!

The next day we woke up bright and early and got ready for Sea World!..My mother and father in law and my brother inlaw got up super early to go get my other brother inlaw at the airport since he was flying in from hawaii! meanwhile the rest of us got ready to go, even though we were an hour past the time we were suppose to leave, no biggie we just hit up a starbucks on the way out, and we were Sea World bound in no time!

Sea world was so much fun! it was amazing to "Sea" all the diffrent type of animals! lol and I LOVED the shows! it was amazing! the animals are so smart! and the best part of it all was..thanks to my hunnee in the Gaurd we were able to get in for FREE!..it was a steal! and so worth it!..but at the end of the day this is how my child was!

As fun as everything was, this face ment it was time to go!
So after arriving back at my fams house we all mostly chilled and visited the rest of the night, we mainly took it easy because the next day we had planned a day at the beach!

It was such a nice day, and the warm air felt so good! It was so fun to be there together, although little Bug was asleep for like the first 45 minutes, but in the meanwhile Wil collected sea shells and rocks, and I played in the waves, while my brother inlaws went body boarding! So wanted to do that, but Wil was not for it at all.

Landon loved the sand between his toes, and if we would of let him he probaly would of tried to ride a wave, that boy was fearless!..but most of all he had so much fun playing at the beach with his cousins, Aedynn and Ryleigh!..I love those kids so much!

Another thing that was nice was to be able to get the brothers together, it seems for the last several years we are always missing one, but im thankful that Daniel, Philip, and Wil got to spend some time together, and im sure they were thankful for that as well!

So as you can see the beach was a blast! one of my favorite things about Califronia! But what we had in store for the next day was even bigger!..DISNEYLAND!!!!!

Disneyland was so much fun! it was like reliving a dream, I had gone there once before when I was 8 years old, and everything seems to look the way I remeber except things seemed so much bigger back then! We rode on some pretty fun rides, and Landon enjoyed them too! it brought me so much joy to see how happy the rides made him, the sad thing is he wont ever remember like how i did, but i took so many picutres that he wont even be able to question whether or not his parents took him DisneyLand (just in case that is his only trip) but highly doubt that because Wil and I had so much fun that if we have to eat ramen noodles to save up for another DL trip we will!..no jk we didnt even have to look at a package of ramen noodles to go on this trip, it was because Wil is such a hard worker that we were able to go, and the fact that my awesome brother and sister inlaw let us stay with them! But where Landon was so little we were also able to enjoy taking our 19 month old son and experiencing the hapiness that came along with that, and being able to buy his very own toddler size mickey ears! Those little things melted my heart!

Our very first ride together!

Our first ride toghether as a family! Alice in Wonderland Tea cups!

Landons favorite ride! Its a small world! I loved his reaction to this ride, he just was so amused by the dispays and the repetative "Its a Small world after all" lol although at some point throughout the ride we relised he was doing this...

So after the couple rides we did as a family Landon fell asleep, and my so sweet sis watched Landon while we went through Minnie's house and Mickey's, but we didnt relise how long it would take to go through Mickey's house and he ended up waking up, but the lines were so long that we weren't able to go back for Landon nor were Ashly and Philip able to get him to us, so Landon wasn't in our mickey picture, but he was able to get his done with uncle Philip!

Mickey Mouse

So we spent the majority of the day going on awesome rides, eating at a delicous sandwhich shop, buying souvineers and spending time together as a family! It was all really awesome!..we even were able to hop over to Califronia Adventures and check out the new Cars Land! I was super exited to see it, Wil and i road the Mater tow truck ride, we were going to take Landon but he didnt quite make the hight requirements =( but thats okay, once we got on the ride we relised that he proabably would of flew out of the ride!

Indiana Jones
Then we went back to Disneyland and road Indiana Jones!..We had a fast pass for the ride so we were able to just walk on the ride! Wil, Daniel, and I rode it together, we had so much fiun and we were screaming our head off the whole time! and then we hit up the Indiana Jones gift shop where we got Landon a little Indiana Jones Mickey! awww presh!

After we had all our fun riding rides, the end of the day finally came, and since we were in Disneyland because we hit up Indiana Jones we were in the wrong park to see the World of Color Show, so we just decided to dress the boys down in their matching Jake and the Neverland Pirates jammies that we bought them, and just decided to make our way back the front of park to grab some carmel apples and head back to Oceanside, but on our attempt to make way we stumbled upon another show!..We were thinking it was a new show because bro and sis inlaw have never seen it before! we got lucky!..and even though we were not in the best place to see the show we were still able to get lots of pictures, and enjoy it!

Jake Jammies!

Sorry the pictures are so dark! it was at night, and of course you are going to get some bozo who is going to stand where they are not suppose to be standing so u get to take the back of their head in your memory blah!..but it was so cool, none the less and we took a video that was much better then the pictures I took, mostly because i decided to hand the camera over to Wil and his height was able to surpass these peoples' heads!

So yes, Disneyland was a complete blast, and what made it even more amazing was the fact that we got to be there with Wil's family, they are amazing people from the inside out and I feel so blessed to be apart of their lives now! It is always nice to go on little adventures with the people you love!..It makes so sad to think that our vacation with them is already over, because we go so long withought seeing them but our time together always goes by so fast!..I guess time really does fly when u are having fun! I'm so looking forward to when we can all be together again!..I miss my niece and nephew so much, and I love how well they play and get along with Lando! I want to thank Philip and Ashly my brother and sister in law for giving us a taste of the California life and making it possible for us to have a vacation together!..And for helping us so much with Landon so we could experince DisneyLand to the fullest!

So we arrived back in Oceanside pretty late that night, and we woke up bright and early the next day to leave by 8am, it was sad leaving but we had so much fun!..Our vacation didnt end quite there, Iwould say our vacation ended the minute we pulled into our driveway but the fun never stopped!..So leaving Oceanside we were up against 12 hours ahead of us. Landon did so good that I didnt have a doubt in my mind whether he would be good or not. So we made plenty of stops along the way, but one of our stops was in Barstow, Ca. We stopped there for lunch and it was such a cool stop at that! They had turned an old train station into a tourist stop, they had a mcdonalds, panda express and a little mexican restraunt, along with souvineers, and all of this was inside a train, well I guess just the Mcdonalds was in the train but the rest was attatched to it, it was so neat!

Not a Fan of the Ronald!

So I would say the Train stop in Barstow was the coolest stop on the way home, but I would say our intersting stop was in Baker, Ca. Thats a stop that I will never forget!..Tune in to read about it......

So as mentioned we made plenty of stops, Barstow was our coolest, Baker was our most interesting/creepiest stop! So we are driving along until we relised we needed gas, the next stop up ahead was Baker, and the thing was we had stopped in Baker on the way up to Oceanside, and it seemed like a pretty nice civilized town, we even had dinner there and ya it didnt seem like a weird town at all. But when we pulled into the town Wil had this bright idea to use his "Cheap Gas App" on his phone, and the thing was it already failed us once before, but he decided to give it another go because gas in California is so much more expensive compared to here in Utah/Idaho. So as we are passing down the little street of Baker we pass all the little shops and the gas stations, but at that point we were under the control of the cheap gas app and it found that the cheapest gas was going to be at a AM/PM so we thought okay, sounds pretty ligit, we filled up at one of those in Oceanside, but then directions started leading us out of the city limits and it had us turn up a residental road, and it is complete desert and very dry and creepy, a very rundown area, the directions then lead us up a long stretch of road of  NOTHING! we were literally heading up in like the "hills" and my father in law turns back to Wil and askes him " Are you sure there is gas out here?" Will replies according to the app there is! So we kept going, and then i made the comment "Watch the directions will lead us to some guys house out in the middle of nowhere and he will come out of his little broken down trailor with a gas can to fill up the van." And where the directions were taking us we were about to think that was the case. After being sent on a wild goose chase from the directions we end up in a small little trailor court/Man camp out in the middle of nowhere, except these little buildings were condemed, they were complety trashed with half the sides of the buildings gone, and u could see right through the living rooms, no windows, holes, and beat up junk out in the front yards, my father in law says this locations reminds him of THE HILLS HAVE EYES! YIKESS!!!..and thats exactly what it looks like, but then the directions lead us into a barb wired location, with a difficult way to get out!..We were in AREA 51!! AHHH!!, so it took as awhile to get out of this barb wired area but we did..thank goodness! So we decided to head back toward the town, and we went to the first gas station we could find, and once we did that we found out the whole town was shut down, every gas station, every stop, there was no place to get gas, with no explantion as to why everything was closed at 2 in the afternoon! it was the craziest thing ever!..We soon had to leave after spending a good half hour trying to find a local gas station!..the good news was we were able to leave the freakish little town! (Known for their Fresh Alien Jerky) LOL!.. but along the way there were so many cars pulled over (im assuming they ran out of gas) and I was deathly affraid that would be us! we later leanred that there was a flash flood that knocked out the power in areas of California!..but thank goodness we were able to make it to Prim, Nevada and get gas, although we had to pay almost 20.00 more for gas! crazy!!..Good news though we didnt get trapped in that little town!

And needless to stay any of our stops from there on out were nothing compared. I would say our next stop was pretty fun! It was in Mequite, NV we stopped at another Mcdonalds because this one had a play area for Landon to burn off some energy, and the interesting thing was that most of those playlands are practically extinct! and we all had no clue why. I remember when those were so popular and my brothers and I when we were little looked forward to going out of town to go play on those! So Landon was the only child on the play area and he did pretty good playing by himself, although i initally went with him!. I was suprised i could fit in it, I was deathly terrified that I would break it!

So Much fun!

And that concludes all of our exitment from our vacation.......

THE END.
